If you try to login to your Google+ account, but got "Could not connect to the server" error message, you will need to upgrade your the Google+ app. Please follow these steps to fix it.
1. Go to system settings. Tap "Settings" on the main screen, then tap the lower right corner to get into system settings.
2. In system settings, tap "Apps" on the left box.
3. Find and tap on the "Google+" to open the app detail information, tap on the "Uninstall" button
4. Now go back to all apps screen to find "Play Store", find and install "Google+" again. The problem will be solved.
1, Please go to your app store to search "Sungale", you will find "Sungale cloud".
2, Install the app and input your cloud frame's account number and password.
3, Then, following screen prompts, you can send the photos in you cell phone to the frame. This app responds very fast, so far, all users have given good review to it
If you tried to connect your cloud frame to a computer, and the computer is not recognizing the cloud frame as an external storage device, please follow below instructions to fix it.
1, Enter into the device's settings menu, select Storage item, like below.
2, Press the upper right corner menu icon, and press the black bar “USB computer connection” see below image
3, You will see below screen, make sure "Media device (MTP)" is checked
4, Connect the device to computer with a USB cable, then you will find your cloud frame has appeared as an external storage on your computer.
Once you purchase a Sungale cloud frame, please register it.
Go to your computer to open http://cloudframe.sungale.com, choose "Activate Frame" from the top navigation. Please fill out the registration form on your computer. You can find your cloud frame's serial number on the screen of your Cloud Frame. Once finish registration, you automatically get free 10G cloud storage spaces for you to store at least 10,000 photos.
1. Working on your computer, login to your Sungale cloud storage account, create a photo album, click on “Upload” to select photos from your PC. Then, you will see the photos in the album.
2. Continuing on your computer, create a slide-show and give a name to the slide show, then, select albums to add to the slide show.
3. Continuing on your computer, select a frame to display the slide-show (if you have just one frame, you do not need to select frames), and the slide-show photos will be pushed to your cloud frame within 5 minutes.
You can adjust your frame slide-show style remotely. Just login to your cloud account, click “Frame” from the left navigation, and select the frame you want to manage, if it is your own frame, you could adjust the slide-show style, interval, start time period, and frame sleep time. The adjustment takes effect within 5 minutes.
Please check if you have added the slide-show list to your frame.
Please check if your frame is connected to Internet.
This issue results in Android’s compatibility, please tap on “Allow”, the Pop-up window will never appear again.

Netchef is an innovative Smart Kitchen Gateway that let’s everyone from master chef’s to novice cooks look up recipes of meals for any occasion. Simply use your finger to press on Netchef’s touch screen to guide through the user friendly menu and choose any recipe that makes your mouth water from a selection of meats, appetizers, side dishes, vegetables, desserts, and more!
Plug Netchef into any nearby power outlet, and it will start up. After 45 seconds of booting, the home page will appear. Press on the Category List on the left part of the screen, and you will see the local recipes that are preloaded in the Netchef. To access more recipes, link to the internet by pressing on the setting icon on the bottom line of the screen, then, follow the instructions on the screen, and you will easily be able to link to internet wirelessly. For more details, please look at the Quick Start Guide packed in the box.
Yes, you can still choose recipes from Netchef’s local recipes selection and utilize other basic functions such as My Favorite recipes, music, videos, and photos that are stored in your Netchef. However, to take advantages of additional internet features and applications, internet connection is needed.
When the home page appears on the screen, press one of the Recipe Categories Listed on the left part of the screen, and you will find an assortment of recipes, within it, press on any image, the recipe will appear. This is a touch screen operating device with very friendly interfaces, so no matter what you see on the screen, press on it, and you will find it is easy to operate it.
Netchef has preloaded 500 recipes, and since our cloud database is always being updated by the content provider, it will have an unlimited supply of recipes. You can also take advantage of the preloaded cooking websites and cooking apps to access many more available recipes.
Netchef has large internal memory to store your own recipes, and the external memory can be extended to 32GB by SD card. If your recipe is in video format, you can play it by pressing on the Cooking Video icon on the bottom line of the home page. If your recipe is in photo format, you can find and display it by pressing on the Gallery icon. If your recipe is in text formats, you can use the Reader preloaded to open and read it. If you like to share your recipe with other Netchef users and want it to appear on the categories of Netchef, our database will be open for all very soon, when it is ready, we will advise you on the home page of Netchef.
Yes, Netchef has a My Favorite folder for users to store recipes that are found from the categories. Press on any category on the left part of the home screen, you will find My Favorite at the bottom on the next screen.
Yes. When you have opened and are viewing a recipe, press on the “+” button in front of the recipe name area, then, this recipe will be saved in your Netchef’s favorite folder.
Yes. Go into your Netchef’s favorite folder, press and hold on the recipe you’d like to delete, for 3 seconds, and you’ll be prompted whether to remove that recipe from favorite, Press “Yes” to confirm deletion, or “No” to cancel.
Press on one of the categories listed on the left side of Netchef’s main screen, on the next screen, and you’ll see five icons at the bottom. Press on “search” icon, and input the recipe name you’d like to search for, a list of relevant recipes will then be displayed.
Yes, Netchef has been equipped two hi-fi speakers for you to listen to music in wonderful quality while you are cooking.
When you go to Play Store and click any app to download it, it may popup a prompt: error processing purchase df-bpa-09. This is an android system issue, please take following steps to resolve it.
1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Applications.
3. Select the All tab.
4. Locate and tap Google Services Framework.
5. Select the Clear data button.
6. Tap OK on the warning that appears.
7. Go back to Settings.
8. Choose Accounts and Sync.
9. Select Google account, Unsync Gmail, then Resync Gmail.
10. Reboot (may need to reboot twice)
Power up your tablet, connect the device to your PC with a USB cable, tap the white blank status area at the top of your tablet screen and slide it downwards like this:
Tap "USB connected" and then you'll see a screen to choose "Mount"/"Don't Mount", select "Mount" to connect your PC and tablet.
Tablet battery running up fast could be related to many reasons, such as too many apps running in the background, screen is too bright, etc. So here are some tips to make your battery last longer. 1. Turn down screen brightness. Go to Settings, look for Display, and adjust the brightness bar. 2. Turn off the hidden running apps. Go to Settings, look for Applications (or Apps), select Running (Apps) tab, usually on the top, close the ones that not necessarily to run.

To fix this problem, you'll need to install some system upgrade to your PF709 unit. Please follow following steps.
Depending on the type of frame you select. Each frame has its own default set number of memory pre-installed into the unit and depending on the size of the memory will depend on how many pictures you can have on your digital picture frame. Here is a rough estimate on what a certain size memory can hold. Remember you can always increase memory to majority of our digital frames. Simply buy a SD card that will work for your digital frame and insert it into the expanstion slot and you will have increased space into your digital frame.
Since surrounding factor, the images loaded in CD705 may rotate arbitrarily without your operation, the probability to have this problem is about 3%. The proposed solution is as follows.
There are a left button and a right button on the back of CD705, those are picture rotation buttons. To press the right button once will rotate pictures clockwise 90 degrees, to press the left button once will rotate pictures counter-clockwise 90 degrees. You can manually adjust the images directions.
It has very minor probability that the images will go in wrong direction again after you adjusted as above. In case it happens on your device, please follow the next instruction to upgrade your CD705.
If your CD705 Digital Photo Frame has picture automatically rotating problem, please update your software to solve it.
1. Click HERE to download the CD705 upgrade package to your PC desktop.
2. After the software is fully downloaded, go to your PC desktop, unzip or extract the package, and you'll see one new file on your PC desktop (UPG956C.AP).
3. Prepare an EMPTY SD card, connect to your PC.
4. Copy the file (UPG956C.AP) to your SD card.
5. Take out the SD card from your PC.
6. Turn off your CD705, and insert the SD card at the right side slot.
7. Turn on your CD705 device, you'll see the screen in half black and half white, which means the upgrading is processing.
8. Wait for around 20 seconds, you'll see "Reboot System" on the screen, please remove the SD card immediately
9. After the reboot, your system is updated, then turn off the CD705.
10. Turn on your CD705, now, it goes to normal.
