SUNGALE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Dear Sungale Dealers:
Your satisfaction is important to us. We guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. Below regulation is a guide for you to return the merchandises to Sungale’s agency.
• Returns must be authorized by Sungale RMA Department. Please Fax to (909) 902-6117 or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain and RMA number.
• If any product is found to be initially defective, or has been damaged in shipping, a contact is needed in three (3) working days since the goods arrive your warehouse.
• The contact for return must be with proof of purchase, date of purchase and Product Serial Number.
• All the authorized returns must be arranged to return to us in three (3) working days since getting the RMA number.
• Dealer pays freight for the return to Sungale’s office area.
• Merchandise received without a RMA # will be returned to the dealer at the dealer's expense.
• All products must be returned with their original packaging including manuals, accessories and cables.
• For quality reason, only the products that are on Sungale' current price sheet and purchased within the last 6 months period are qualified to ask for a return. For the products that are purchased over 6-month period, the warranty card packed in the package will guide the return.
• Sungale will exchange the dead on arrival (over the counter) defectives that are found within 30 days from date of purchase.
• We do not accept any returns for closeout deals.
• We do not accept no-reason returns.
• Not-sell-well is not a reason to return, if the dealers persist in return, a 15% re-stock fee will be charged.
• We will take responsibility for epidemic failure at our own expenses, Our criterion for the epidemic failure is 7%.
